What is Good + Will?

Good + Will is an Australian born company that’s strengthening human connections by encouraging Australians to share goodwill during moments that matter.

The team at Good + Will believe that thoughts, celebrations, thank you’s and moments of good thoughts should be shared and not left unsaid.

Do you offer Corporate Gifting options?

Yes we offer a range of end to end Corporate Gifting options for Small, Medium and Large busineses. Please contact us on hello@goodandwill.com.au

Does the price include delivery?

All gifts under $50 will incur an additional $5.95 postage fee. Gifts over $50 include free express delivery within Australia.

When will my gift be delivered?

All gift orders placed before 1pm are sent out the same day, Monday – Friday.

Our delivery times are not guaranteed however below is an indication based on where you are delivering your gifts to:

Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Newcastle, Central Coast, Adelaide, Wollongong Metro: Next Business Day if ordered before 1pm

Other: 2-3 Business Days

Can I cancel my order?

Gifts may be cancelled if the item has not been packed or shipped. Please contact the team at Good + Will on hello@goodandwill.com.au as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your gift

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient of your gift isn’t home at the time of delivery, the deliverer will leave the gift in a safe place, or take it to the nearest post office and leave a collection card with details of where the recipient can collect their gift.

Can I schedule a date in advance for my gift to be delivered?

Yes, if you’d like your gift to be sent in advance please leave a message in the checkout notifying us which date you’d like the gift to arrive. Please note, this option is only available for orders placed 2 days before the desired delivery date.

What is your Returns and Refund policy?

Unfortunately once a gift has been sent to a recipient we are unable to offer Refunds or Returns.
